INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS

An industrial design is the two-dimensional or three-dimensional way of presenting products, it is the aesthetic appearance of products which, to be protected, must be novel in the sense of not previously existing anywhere in the world.

The designs are registered in the Industrial Property office of each country for 10 years, non-renewable, since once this time has elapsed, they will belong to public domain.
