NULLITY ACTIONS

When a company or individual is not satisfied with an administrative act of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for being contrary to the law, actions for nullity and reestablishment of rights may be initiated before the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca, in order to declare such resolution null and void and reestablish the rights that should have been previously recognized.

This process has an approximate duration of 2 to 3 years, and in industrial property matters it is filed mainly when the Superintendency issues a decision that affects the trademarks or new creations of the owners.
