Our client was denounced by a user for allegedly not fulfilling what was promised in an alarm installation and monitoring service.

In a non-face-to-face hearing, it was demonstrated that there was no non-compliance and the complainant was sentenced to pay a sum that, although minimal, set a precedent for reckless complaints.
